Job Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll operations for 750+ employees across multiple states and company entities Responsible for payroll processing, employee maintenance, reporting, and related administrative tasks Maintain strong knowledge of California payroll laws, including wage and hour compliance, deductions, and reporting requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Review and audit payroll data to ensure accurate earnings, tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and direct deposit processing Prepare payroll reports and support month-end reconciliation activities while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures Manage new hire payroll setup, employee changes, terminations, and other payroll-related updates with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
Experience processing within multi-state (must have CA) and multi-entity environments Experience utilizing Paylocity Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
