About Us:
We are a highly service oriented, cutting-edge multi-location Endodontic and Oral Surgery Dental Practice in Arizona. Committed to accuracy, professionalism, and supporting our team members. We're seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our administrative team and manage payroll functions with precision and efficiency.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record in managing weekly payroll, and commission-based pay for over 100 employees . As a key member of the HR/Finance team, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations, managing payroll records and handling employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
This description serves as an overview of the role and may be modified at any time to meet organizational needs. Process biweekly payroll for all employees Administer end-to-end payroll process for a multi-location organization using ADP Workforce Now. Verify timecards, commission reports, bonus calculations, deductions and adjustments Maintain and update payroll records and employee files Prepare and submit payroll reports to management Ensure compliance with all payroll tax and labor laws Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with benefits administration and other accounting/payroll/HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll experience required (multi-location or healthcare/dental experience a plus) Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, etc.) Understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements Excellent accuracy, organization, and communication skills Proficient in Excel and general accounting principles High level of integrity and confidentiality
Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
