This role is Monday-Friday, fully onsite for the first 90 days at last. The hourly rate is between $28/hr-$32/hr. This role will support high-volume, multi-state payroll operations and requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and advanced in Excel. Responsibilities Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule Review payroll data for accuracy, compliance, and discrepancies Maintain payroll records and employee information Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and manage payroll data Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll regulations Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recent multi-state payroll experience Strong Excel skills required, including: VLOOKUPs SUMIFs Data reconciliation and reporting High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping software preferred Interested? Pay Details:
