We're looking for a motivated Payroll Specialist who is ready to take ownership, think critically, and help support both our team and employees with accuracy and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
Process payroll accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict attention to detail for staffing agency Review timekeeping records, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues quickly Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll questions, paychecks, deductions, and timekeeping concerns Assist with data entry, reporting, and payroll documentation Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients Stay proactive in identifying issues before they become problems Support compliance with company policies and payroll procedures

Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required Bilingual - English and Spanish Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred 1-3 years of payroll experience of payroll, accounting, administrative, or related experience preferred Previous experience with payroll systems, timekeeping systems, or HR/payroll software is a plus Staffing, multi-site or high-volume payroll experience is highly desirable Starting $19.00 Dependent on

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
