As a full-time employee of Robert Half, you'll work as a consultant providing payroll and accounting support to a dedicated client base.

This role offers the stability of full-time employment with the variety of consulting assignments. You'll support clients with payroll processing and compliance while gaining experience across different industries, payroll systems, and organizational environments.💼

What You'll Do:

Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll for client organizationsEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductionsMaintain and update employee payroll records in payroll systemsReview and validate timekeeping data prior to payroll processingProcess payroll adjustments, off-cycle payrolls, and final paychecks as neededEnsure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsPrepare and reconcile payroll reports and general ledger entriesRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesAssist with payroll tax filings and year-end reporting (W-2s and related documentation)Support internal and external audits by preparing payroll documentation
