OT Ontario Location Pay Rate:
$20- $25/hr Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts and corporate accounting, with the ability to analyze and process payroll efficiently using various software systems. Duties
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll data, including benefits, taxes, and deductions
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data maintenance
- Utilize software systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, and QuickBooks for payroll processing
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions
- Handle accounts payable tasks as they relate to payroll Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting data accurately
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
