Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Corona, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing payroll operations for a mid-sized workforce within the manufacturing industry. This role requires strong attention to detail, bilingual proficiency in Spanish, and expertise in payroll systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for approximately 200 employees, including hourly and salaried staff, on a biweekly schedule.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to accurately process payroll transactions and maintain employee records.
- Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, to analyze payroll data and streamline reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive payroll information.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other required documentation.
- Support audits and provide relevant payroll documentation as needed.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
- Proficiency in handling payroll for 100-500 employees across multiple states.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with complex formulas.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
