This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by assisting with payroll operations for approximately 800 employees, while developing strong analytical, troubleshooting, and compliance skills in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeline Analyze payroll reports and reconcile data against system records Utilize advanced Excel functions (vLookUp and Pivot Tables) to identify discrepancy Research and resolve payroll issues, communicating findings to leadership Perform root-cause analysis on payroll discrepancies and recommend solutions Assist with payroll submissions, data entry, and processing activities Review and analyze retroactive payroll adjustments and payments Support payroll compliance, including FLSA regulations and reporting requirements Required Qualifications Strong proficiency i n Microsoft Exc el, including vLookUp and Pivot Tables Experience in payroll analysis supportin g 500+ employees Hands-on experience with ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills Proven ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies Preferred Qualifications Experience wi th Tyler Technologies Munis ERP Exposure to UKG Telest aff or similar timekeeping systems
