Payroll Clerk Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Fresno, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Research Full Job Description Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk to join a dynamic team in California. This role involves working with Kronos Workforce Ready and is a full-time, temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, contributing to the seamless operation of payroll processes. Responsibilities Match invoices to receiving documents. Evaluate assigned account's business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue. Post invoices into the computer system. Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies. File paid and unpaid invoices and statements. Handle inquiries from vendors. Maintain A/P system records. Reconcile general ledger accounts on a periodic basis. Provide a wide variety of customer service for Executives and Operations. Qualifications Experience using Kronos Workforce Ready preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for handling inquiries and providing customer service. Proficient in maintaining A/P system records and reconciling general ledger accounts. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, full-time. Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with a pay range from $20 to $22 per hour.
