This role is responsible for accurately processing payroll for farm and field staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining meticulous records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment and has strong organizational and numerical skills. Duties Process payroll for seasonal and field employees Review and verify timesheets and attendance records Maintain accurate payroll and employee records Assist with payroll reporting and administrative tasks Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time Answer employee payroll questions as needed Experience Previous payroll, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills required Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Famous, QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex) is desirable.
