We're looking for a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our Irvine team. If you're detail-driven, thrive on accuracy, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Process semi-monthly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Review and audit timecards; partner with managers to resolve issues Manage sick and vacation balances Process new hire and final paychecks in compliance with California wage laws Maintain and update payroll records (benefits, status changes, deductions) Process direct deposits, paper checks, and wage garnishments Reconcile payroll reports Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and discretion Ensure pay compliance with California state employment laws Communicate with ADP as needed Other duties as required/requested What You Bring Experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Strong Excel skills California wage & hour expertise, including final pay knowledge Alternative work schedule experience Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
