OVERVIEW

Immediate opening for a in who possesses: 3-5+ years of experience in construction compliance/certified payroll administration Proficiency in LCP tracker/ DIR or similar labor compliance software Strong knowledge of California prevailing wage processes and public works/prevailing wage requirements (DIR, DAS140, Davis Bacon, etc.)
FULL DESCRIPTION
: The selected candidate will be responsible for: Ensure subcontractor setup in LCP tracker or similar labor compliance software Monitor and track weekly certified payroll, labor compliance submissions for two companies Review and verify certified payroll reports for accuracy, correct classifications and compliance with prevailing wage laws Coordinate with field liaison to collect weekly time keeping Support payroll processing on an as needed basis Programs used: Sage 100 Contractor MS Office WorkMax LCP Tracker DIR The selected candidate will also possess: 3-5+ years of experience in construction compliance/certified payroll administration Proficiency in LCP tracker/ DIR or similar labor compliance software Strong knowledge of California prevailing wage processes and public works/prevailing wage requirements (DIR, DAS140, Davis Bacon, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Excellent organizational and documentation management skills Strong communication and follow-up skills
Salary Range:
