Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The role involves payroll processing, payroll data audits, SAP system updates, compliance support, reporting, and employee payroll issue resolution.

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll experience in a large organization Experience with SAP ECP, Oracle, or similar HCM/payroll systems Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas Knowledge of payroll compliance, garnishments, Union Payroll, and HR system.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple pay frequencies Perform payroll adjustments, audits, reconciliations, and data entry Manage garnishments and ensure payroll compliance Generate payroll reports and analyze data using Excel Support SAP/Ora_cle payroll system updates and testing Resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams on payroll initiatives Excel assessment during 2nd round onsite interview (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis)
