Skills :

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a large company environment
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
• Experience working with payroll systems (SAP ECP or major HCM systems preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and confidentiality standards Nice to

• SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
• Union payroll processing experience
• Multi-state payroll exposur
