Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks
  • Experience with order entry and inventory management systems
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills to provide effective support
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents This position requires a reliable individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
