Job Description
A growing hospitality group in Oceanside is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support high-volume payroll operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and assisting employees with payroll-related questions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and experienced working with hourly employee populations and complex payroll workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing & AdministrationProcess biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employeesAudit timesheets, overtime, meal breaks, and payroll adjustmentsMaintain payroll records and employee payroll updatesProcess garnishments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll correctionsAssist with payroll reconciliations and payroll reportingSupport year-end payroll activities including W-2 processingEmployee Support & ComplianceRespond to payroll inquiries from employees and managersEnsure payroll compliance with company policies and labor regulationsMaintain confidentiality of payroll and employee informationAssist with payroll audits and reporting requests
