Now Hiring! Temp To Hire, Office Admin - Riverside Ca. Position Summary The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office operations through administrative coordination, payroll processing, and timecard management. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, timely payroll submission, and overall office efficiency while providing general administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications Order and maintain office supplies Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities Payroll Processing Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner Verify employee hours, deductions, and pay rates Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate with HR and accounting regarding payroll discrepancies Assist employees with payroll-related questions Timecard Management Collect, review, and verify employee timecards Ensure time entries are accurate and properly approved Track attendance, overtime, and paid time off Address discrepancies and follow up with supervisors as needed Maintain accurate attendance records General Office Operations Support onboarding paperwork and employee documentation Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information Assist with special projects as assigned Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of administrative or payroll experience preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with payroll systems or timekeeping software preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Overtime:
As needed on
Saturdays Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
