Job Description
Payroll Support Specialist Join our growing team! We're a local transportation company looking for someone dependable, organized, and eager to learn to help support our payroll operations. What You'll Do Assist with weekly payroll processing Review timecards for accuracy and compliance Track mileage submissions and verify supporting documentation Maintain employee records and update payroll changes Communicate with drivers and staff regarding missing or incorrect information Support payroll audits and reporting as needed Provide general administrative support to the payroll department What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Good communication and follow‑through Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets Ability to stay organized Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Payroll experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
