This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-volume payroll. This role is ideal for someone who can manage full-cycle payroll processing for a large employee population while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll for 500+ employees on a weekly basis Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and employee data management Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Review and audit payroll data including timekeeping, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams on employee changes, onboarding, terminations, and benefits deductions Support garnishments, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed Assist with process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll processing experience Hands-on experience with Payroll software Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Details:
