Job Description
Job description Key Responsibilities Collect, verify, and process employee payroll information accurately and on schedule Determine employee pay, deductions, and benefit entitlements Maintain and update accurate payroll records and employee data Provide payroll information and support to internal departments and management Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Review and monitor payroll budgets for accuracy and alignment Prepare and distribute payroll reports, statements, and summaries as needed Administer and manage employee benefits and related deductions Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries Handle special payroll situations such as sick leave, vacation pay, and other adjustments Qualifications Previous payroll experience in construction or similar industry Bilingual in Spanish (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements Experience handling multi-step payroll processes from start to finish Experience with Sage 100 payroll system preferred Familiarity with construction payroll practices (prevailing wage, job costing, etc.) preferred Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
