This position involves a variety of administrative, clerical, and basic accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, able to multitask efficiently, and capable of working independently while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities Assist Payroll and HR Department Perform accurate data entry Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks and administrative reports Assist with general office duties as assigned Requirements Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles Accurate math, data entry, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access Strong attention to detail and ability to identify mistakes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Manufacturing or customer service experience is a plus Preferred Qualities Detail-oriented and highly organized Dependable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
