Up to $80k + benefits. Onsite 5 days per week in Vernon, CA. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee weekly payroll for 500+ employees Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, with a strong emphasis on Washington State regulations Oversee multi-state payroll compliance for out-of-state employees Review payroll reports, audits, reconciliations, and tax filings for accuracy Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on payroll-related initiatives and improvements Support year-end processing, including W-2s and related reporting Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Qualifications 4+ years of payroll experience, Ability to singlehandedly run payroll Proven experience managing high-volume payroll (500+ employees preferred) Hands-on experience with Paylocity a PLUS Multi-state payroll High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and Spanish a
