Full Job Description Overview:
The Payroll Administrator is a key part of our team, helping ensure the employees who support our communities are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you'll manage the full payroll and timecard process, along with onboarding and offboarding in UKG. You'll be a trusted resource for payroll and timecard questions, partnering with on-site teams, Accounting, and third-party administrators to keep everything running smoothly and in compliance. From audits to reporting, your work behind the scenes helps create a seamless experience for our teams. Manage new hire onboarding and employee offboarding in UKG, including timely and accurate final pay Own the semi-monthly payroll process—review timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure everything is ready for payroll Process payroll details like bonuses, adjustments, garnishments, and off-cycle checks with precision Partner with Community Managers to ensure timecards are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time Serve as the go-to resource for payroll and timecard questions, supporting teams across our communities Prepare and maintain key payroll and compliance reports (Worker's Comp, compensation, regulatory filings) Support 401(k) administration, audits, and year-end processes in partnership with vendors and Accounting Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate coding, reporting, and financial alignment Assist with payroll-related claims (PFL, SDI) and respond to agency requests as needed Help train managers and employees on timecard and payroll processes Stay up to date on payroll laws and best practices to ensure compliance Jump in on special projects and support the HR team as neededWhy You'll Love This Role:

Advanced MS Excel Knowledge and experience with UKG (formerly Ultipro) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus Professional, polished personal and phone presentation Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to think and work under stress, determine priorities and meet deadlines Work independently and under minimal supervision Sufficiently exercise discretion and independent judgment Minimum five years processing majority hourly payroll Bachelor's degree preferred (min. 60 units/hours) and/or AA degreeCompensation:
The compensation range for this role is $92,000- $110,000 / year.
