LLC is now hiring an experienced Transportation Admin - Payroll Assistant for one of their clients in Aurora, CO. This is a front-line operations role that is accountable for payroll and billing. Responsible for invoicing customers, employee payroll and various other reports.

Monday -
Friday Shift:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM What you'll get: Pay rate is $24-25/per hour depending on experience PTO, Sick Pay, Paid Holidays, etc. Health, Vision, Dental, FSA program, etc. What you'll need: HS diploma, college degree preferred Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, strong work ethic, high energy, and a positive attitude Confident, self-motivated and results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong PC, phone, and organization skills Ability to type at least 40 WPM Ability to prioritize your workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment Support the Payroll department as a Payroll Administrator TMW Experience is a Plus Microsoft Office Package
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced team environment Demonstrate attention to detail when performing creation of customer profiles and entry of orders Obtain pickup and delivery appointments that will provide efficient use of driver hours of service Proactively monitor shipments to ensure customer service expectations are achieved in accurately completing billing items. Take initiative to resolve shipment delays or scheduling challenges with internal and external customers. Identify and share best practices/ process improvements with teammates Assist with coverage of other duties as needed to include dispatch, KPI reporting Provide daily business updates to Customer Account Manager and/or other leaders to ensure service expectations are in lineThis pay range outlined herein is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Other compensation includes referral bonus opportunities.
