- Process and support high-volume, multi-state payroll across multiple entities and pay groups
- Manage commissions, bonuses, incentive compensation, and special payroll scenarios
- Serve as an employee-facing payroll expert, resolving questions and discrepancies with confidence
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Payroll leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and ongoing operational needs
