U.S. Payroll Analyst

• Job Description:

• Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting. A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills.

• Key Accountabilities:

• + Manage payroll input according to deadlines + Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts + Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements + Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary + Ensure adherence to payroll regulations + Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration •

Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training:

• + Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting + 8+ years of related experience + Journal creation and account reconciliation + Corporate finance experience + Payroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approval + Payroll Benefit knowledge + Accuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitasking + Communication skills

• The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300.
