Primary Responsibilities:
Able to perform all general office duties. Back-up to the front desk. Basic knowledge of different departments, location visits, shadow Lab, Warehouse, Engineers, Maintenance, and Safety. Manages processing of bi-weekly payroll and sweep payroll. Helps assist with any pay check related questions. Ensures payroll deadlines are met. Assists managers in getting pay history for status changes. Main contact for corporate payroll.

Working Conditions/Environment:
Operates in a business casual office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, personal computers, photocopiers/scanners, and desk phones. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
