YEAR Benefits:
This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K). This position supports payroll processing and administrative functions alongside another team member. The role is responsible for timecard data entry, assisting with payroll processing through an internal accounting system and a third-party payroll provider, and supporting various accounting and HR-related tasks. After initial payroll training, the position will cross-train with the Controller and other team members to assist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with processing biweekly payroll for approximately 150 employees Review employee timecards entered into the accounting system and submit payroll data to a third-party payroll provider for processing Review and manually enter weekly timesheets from multiple locations into the accounting system Verify timecards include accurate project codes to ensure labor hours are billed to the correct projects Confirm weekly timesheets contain appropriate hours and project allocations Alternate responsibilities between timecard data entry and payroll processing Follow up with field employees to ensure timely submission of hours Provide data entry support for operational tracking systems Assist with administrative processes related to new hires, benefits coordination, retirement plans, and employee separations Support documentation and tracking for employee administrative processes
