We need someone who can juggle payroll deadlines, seasonal hiring chaos, onboarding logistics, compliance tracking, recruiting coordination, spreadsheets, system audits, and approximately 47 browser tabs at one time without spontaneously combusting. This position is highly detail-oriented, system-heavy, and deadline-driven. You'll serve as a central coordination point between HR, Finance, hiring managers, and seasonal employees supporting operations in some pretty unique environments. You'll Probably Love This Job If You:

Need constant structure and hand-holding Hate deadlines Get overwhelmed easily by competing priorities Want a slow-paced environment Take yourself extremely seriously What You'll Be Doing Payroll & Compliance Support Supporting ADP payroll administration and employee updates Coordinating direct deposit setup, tax forms, and payroll communications Assisting with year-end payroll activities (W-2s, tax updates, ACA/FAMLI, etc.) Monitoring tax accounts, SmartCompliance items, and payroll reporting HR Administration Managing employee records across systems like ADP, JAMIS, WorkBright, and ATS platforms Coordinating onboarding documentation and I-9 compliance Maintaining employee files, policy acknowledgements, organizational charts, and handbook tracking Handling employment verifications and government investigation requests Recruiting Support Posting jobs and managing requisitions Scheduling interviews and supporting hiring managers Screening resumes and coordinating pre-employment processes Managing ATS tracking, dispositions, and background checks Benefits Coordination Benefits invoice reconciliation and carrier billing audits Background check invoice reconciliation Supporting unemployment claims and workers' compensation administration We care a lot about doing good work, supporting each other, and building a workplace where people can be themselves.
