REALIZE YOUR TALENT
Under the direction of the HR Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the processing of bi-weekly payroll and maintaining payroll data; assisting employees with pay and benefit questions; managing leaves of absence, administering benefits and maintaining employee records. Processes payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system and pay data is accurate, managing employee time and absences Compiles regular reports and spreadsheets: Finance, HR corporate, and HR KPI Maintains all HR files (Employee and Training) Orients new employees to the organization Responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees Profile Know the requirements Proven experience in payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant HRIS systems and procedures (ADP) 2-5 years of experience managing payroll independently Comprehensive payroll administration experience Ability to track and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision making Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels Familiarity with leveraging social media for employer branding and recruitment Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple HR functions
