Weekly W-2 Pay + Benefits Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to process accurate and timely payroll for commission employees. Ideal candidates have commission payroll or 1099 payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and NetSuite proficiency (highly preferred). What You'll Do Process weekly payroll accurately for all commission employees Maintain payroll records: tax forms, paycheck stubs, employee files Respond professionally to employee payroll inquiries Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with payroll audits and special projects Support administrative tasks: reporting, filing, meeting coordination What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 3+ years payroll processing and record-keeping experience Experience with commission-based payroll structures Knowledge of payroll laws, tax withholding, and reporting requirements Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines NetSuite experience highly preferred Benefits Weekly W-2 pay Ongoing training and support Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (after 90 days) Holiday Pay, PTO, and Vacation 401(k) with Company Match Why Join UF Resources?
