Payroll & Timekeeping Administrator (Temporary)
Location:
Bradenton, FL 34203
Pay Rate:
$19.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00
PM Assignment Length:
Approximately 1 Year Position Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support payroll and Time & Attendance operations in a fast-paced environment. This temporary assignment will be responsible for administering biweekly timekeeping functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, assisting employees and managers with timekeeping procedures, and supporting compliance reporting and audits. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and prepare biweekly Time & Attendance functions for payroll processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee time records
  • Troubleshoot timekeeping issues and provide support to employees and managers
  • Assist with training new employees and supervisors on timekeeping procedures and systems
  • Generate reports and audit data for accuracy and compliance purposes
  • Support County and contractual compliance requirements related to payroll and attendance records
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and attendance information
  • Perform additional administrative and payroll support duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience administering Time & Attendance functions and payroll-related processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a government or public sector environment preferred
  • Experience with payroll or timekeeping software systems preferred
