Robert Half's Permanent Placement Division is seeking a Payroll Administrator for an exciting hybrid opportunity with a high-growth client in Tampa, FL!
Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees using UKG payroll systems
Document and maintain payroll procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
Set up and onboard new employees within UKG, including payroll, tax, and direct deposit information
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving discrepancies and answering questions related to pay, deductions, and taxes
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, wage laws, and company policies
Maintain and audit payroll data integrity within UKG to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and payroll processing
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience processing full-cycle payroll
Hands-on experience with UKG payroll software is required, including employee setup, payroll processing, reporting, and payroll data maintenance
Proven ability to process high-volume payroll for 800+ employees while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies within payroll data
