Job Description:
Robert Half's Permanent Placement Division is seeking a Payroll Administrator for an exciting hybrid opportunity with a high-growth client in Tampa, FL!
Responsibilities:
  • Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees using UKG payroll systems
  • Document and maintain payroll procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Set up and onboard new employees within UKG, including payroll, tax, and direct deposit information
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving discrepancies and answering questions related to pay, deductions, and taxes
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, wage laws, and company policies
  • Maintain and audit payroll data integrity within UKG to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and payroll processing
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience processing full-cycle payroll
  • Hands-on experience with UKG payroll software is required, including employee setup, payroll processing, reporting, and payroll data maintenance
  • Proven ability to process high-volume payroll for 800+ employees while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies within payroll data
