Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst:

Able to use Time & Attendance and Payroll software accurately to ensure timely processing payroll. Review timesheets, generate time reports and system generated reports for the T & A system for errors and discrepancies. Prompt and accurate processing of employee's master file changes: name, rate, tax withholding, direct deposits, payroll deductions, etc. Ensures timely direct deposits, tax deposits, and payroll related reports Ensures timely and accurate submission of payroll related reports, sales and rental tax deposits, State and Federal reports, and any other requested reports. Perform AP duties when needed. Maintains logs and files as needed. Complete all assigned general ledger reconciliations timely and accurately. Interacts with other hospital personnel in a courteous and helpful manner. Assists department managers in solving problems that involve Payroll. Researches and responds to employees' questions concerning their paychecks. Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, rules and procedures.

Pay:

$16.46 - $28.81 per hour
