Job Description

Payroll Specialist / Admin - Client-Facing Role (Bilingual English/Spanish) Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site | Miami Lakes, FL 33014 Are you a payroll expert who loves helping clients stay compliant and stress-free? Do you thrive as the go-to person for payroll questions, deductions, and ADP systems? We're hiring a sharp, experienced Payroll Specialist / Admin to join a trusted back-office partner for growing businesses in South Florida. You'll support a portfolio of clients with payroll reviews, compliance guidance, benefits reconciliation, and day-to-day support — without running full payrolls yourself (clients handle their own submissions). This is a high-impact role for someone who knows payroll inside and out and enjoys building strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients — building relationships and providing expert guidance. Review 10-30 client-submitted payrolls weekly in ADP RUN for accuracy, compliance, and issues — then approve/release. Reconcile deductions (401k, FSA, HSA, health premiums, garnishments, etc.) and enter them into benefits systems. Support clients with ADP RUN navigation, reports, and troubleshooting. Handle inquiries on taxes, deductions, garnishments, and compliance via phone/email. Assist with QuickBooks Online reconciliations, HR admin, benefits, and onboarding as needed. Keep client records organized and accurate.
What You Bring:
Bilingual English/Spanish (fluent written + verbal) — required . 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience (processing, support, or service bureau work). Strong experience with ADP RUN (must-have). Proficiency in QuickBooks Online . Solid knowledge of multi-state payroll, FICA, tax withholding, garnishments, pre-tax/post-tax deductions, and wage/hour rules. Excellent client-facing communication — you can explain complex topics clearly and professionally. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. On-site 5 days/week in Miami Lakes, FL. Nice-to-Haves (Big Plus): HR/benefits administration experience. 401k or benefits reconciliation background. FPC or CPP certification.
