Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This individual will play a key role in payroll processing, onboarding, and employee support while ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish Prepare and assist with offer letters and new hire documentation Conduct employment verifications and reference checks Coordinate new hire setup including system access, email, and workstation readiness Lead new employee orientation sessions Maintain and handle sensitive and confidential employee information Support timekeeping processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Qualifications:

2+ years of HR or related experience Experience with payroll processing required Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred/required) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HRIS or talent management systems, or ability to learn quickly
