Job Description
PAYROLL CLERK

$22.00 p/hourWork Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)Job Duties:
- Coordinates payroll processes to ensure all payroll needs are completed accurately and on time
- Reviews and approves employee timesheets and makes adjustments as needed
- Runs HR and payroll reports from Paycom
- Assists with preparation for audits by gathering required data
- Processes payroll accurately and within deadlines
- Assists with payroll-related data including new hires, transfers, separations, and pay changes
- Researches and resolves paycheck issues
- Supports HR administrative tasks and special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred, or a combination of college and at least 2 years of related experience
- Experience in employee relations and payroll
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle highly confidential HR information with discretion Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.
