This individual will support end-to-end payroll operations within a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate brings strong systems experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state employee population Review and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance Process payroll adjustments and resolve discrepancies as needed Compile, analyze, and maintain payroll data and reports Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies Partner with internal teams to gather and verify payroll inputs Support benefits-related deductions and reconciliations Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of experience in payroll processing Experience working with a major payroll system (UKG or similar strongly preferred) Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis) Knowledge of payroll best practices and applicable regulations Professional payroll certification (FPC or similar) is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy, accountability, and dependability Positive, team-oriented attitude
Pay Details:
