Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills in processing payroll. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to staffing agency to help employee people and process payroll. Process payroll using our company payroll program Maintain and update employee records and customer records Excellent phone skills in problem solving and helping with opportunities for our customers Strong interpersonal and communication skills in explaining opportunities with employees Properly manage and lead employee discrepancies, must be able to articulate and give proper direction and provide solutions Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, or tax documentation Collaborate with team members with sales and operations Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentThis role is integral to maintaining the integrity of our business while supporting our team's needs.
