Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping / Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll through ADP and handling day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities for the site. Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll using ADP payroll systems Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations Support administrative and accounting functions as needed Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees
Qualifications:
Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience required Must have hands-on experience with ADP payroll Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay rate: $20/hour
