Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Davenport, Iowa. In this role, you will manage payroll processes for employees across multiple entities under the company umbrella while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle union payroll and be adept at working with payroll systems. This role is flexible by design and will evolve based on your experience and strengths.
Core responsibilities include:
Processing payroll for multiple companies Union payroll processing (a BIG plus if you've done this before) Supporting payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance Assisting with benefits-related payroll items Partnering with accounting in a deadline-driven, team-focused environment Working with construction job costing and multiple active projects You'll work closely with one other payroll professional and roll up through accounting leadership.
