You will manage and process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities also include, handling direct deposits and pay cards, issuing manual and paper checks as needed, processing payroll journal entries, managing garnishments and other deductions. Along with other payroll related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes biweekly payroll within strict deadlines using ADP Workforce Now. Enters and maintains accurate information for direct deposit to employee bank accounts and pay cards. Issues manual checks for payroll corrections when appropriate. Ensures year end process are completed accurately. Generates reports used to post entries for general ledger entries. Provides payroll information to authorized Goodwill personnel or outside agencies. Completes verifications of income and employment. Verifies payments for payroll deductions (direct deposits, pay cards, garnishments, etc). Other miscellaneous payroll duties and support to HR team.
Qualifications:
High school graduate and/or completion of post-secondary course work with emphasis in accounting and/or bookkeeping. Minimum of two years previous experience in payroll processing required. Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll system, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Excel. Must possess problem solving and communication skills.
