Our subsidiaries include Alliance Title & Escrow, AmeriTitle, Kittitas Title and Escrow, Momentum Title Agency, and Pacific Alliance Title. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boise, ID. About the Role Are you a payroll expert who thrives on precision, compliance, and continuous improvement? As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you'll lead payroll operations, ensure accuracy across multiple pay cycles, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and leadership. This is a high-impact role ideal for experienced professionals ready to take ownership of payroll excellence. What You'll Do Accurately process bi-weekly payroll and special pay runs Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for payroll processes Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues and inquiries Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations Collaborate with HR to manage benefit deductions Prepare detailed payroll reports and journal vouchers Lead quality assurance reviews and recommend process improvements Participate in payroll system testing and enhancements Support audits and regulatory reporting What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including large-scale payroll processing Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across departments
