Job Responsibilities:

Process full-cycle payroll for employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax withholdings Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports for management Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate data flow Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

2+ years of payroll processing experience Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar) Understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Why choose Addison Finance and Accounting?
