Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Payroll Associate to join their team. As a Payroll Associate, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting payroll tax processing and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, and consistency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assist with payroll tax processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Work on tax notices, collaborate with tax providers, and handle third-party authorizations Manage multi-state tax filings and maintain detailed records of payroll tax activities Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll tax issues Participate in testing and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of payroll tax experience Solid understanding of payroll taxes including federal, state, and FICA taxes Experience with payroll tax filing and handling tax notices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and self-motivation What's in it for me?
