Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Human Resources candidate to join our team in Hamel, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position offering flexibility and an opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team. The role involves providing administrative and payroll support to ensure smooth operations during a busy period.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, document handling, and internal coordination.
  • Serve as a backup for payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll management.
  • Assist in maintaining organization as roles and responsibilities evolve within the team.
  • Support multi-state payroll functions for a workforce of 101-500 employees.
  • Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Paylocity to process and review payroll data.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operational needs and assist with special projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any administrative or payroll-related challenges.
