Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description This is an internal HR Payroll Coordinator role. We are seeking a employee to work part time anywhere from 12-16 hours a week depending on the deadlines. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing HR activities for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing company culture, values and policies Assist in administering and maintaining policies and procedures and incorporating HR regulations and policies Assist in maintaining confidential employee records and reports Potential to assist in developing and coordinating recruitment efforts for all position levels Assist with and attend performance reviews, promotions and employment related meetings Onboard new hires and handle all aspects of benefit enrollment including communicating benefit information to employees Data entry and maintenance of employee records as required Oversee the Earned Time Off request process Accurately process the bi-monthly payroll using Isolved Work with Isolved to resolve any tax issues, such as tax refunds and setting up new state payroll tax accounts Assist employees in solving any issues related to benefits, payroll, enrollments, terminations and all required notices
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields Willing to do A to Z and assist the owners directly Strong writing skills Experience in conflict resolution Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong leadership qualities College degree is required, focus in HR is preferred. Commensurate experience will be considered. 5+ years experience preferred. Limited benefits available.
