As our company continues to grow, we're expanding our office team and looking for Driver Payroll Assistant who's eager to learn from the ground up. No experience? No problem — we'll train you. If you're organized, good with numbers, and enjoy helping people get paid correctly and on time, this could be a great start to your career.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process weekly statements for company drivers. Review trip sheets, driver logs, and hours to ensure accurate pay. Input and verify data in driver payment software systems. Handle deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses accurately. Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and accuracy. Help identify and implement improvements to make payroll faster and smoother as we grow. Assist with other accounting tasks.
Requirements:
Must speak English and Russian or Ukrainian. Good communication skills — especially when helping drivers with pay questions. Detail-oriented and reliable — you'll be trusted with sensitive data. Strong organizational skills. Basic Excel and computer skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines. Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. A degree in accounting field is a plus, but not required.
