Senior Payroll Analyst

LaSalle Network is partnering with a global industry leader to identify an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst for an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a high-volume payroll team. This role is ideal for someone with strong multi-state payroll, Oracle HCM, and large-scale payroll processing experience who can jump in quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for 5,000+ employees across all 50 states Audit payroll and timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Maintain and manage Oracle HCM timecards, payroll reporting, reconciliations, and employee payroll inquiries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while supporting audits and process improvements Partner directly with payroll leadership and internal stakeholders within a high-volume payroll environment Requirements 4+ years of recent in-house, full-cycle payroll experience supporting large employee populations required MUST have multi-state payroll experience and strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting Experience with Oracle HCM preferred; Workday, ADP, or similar enterprise payroll systems also considered Canadian payroll experience, payroll audits, garnishments, and process improvement experience preferred What's in it for you: Opportunity to join a highly respected global organization with a strong industry reputation Collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced payroll team environment Competitive compensation with long-term contract-to-hire potential Hybrid flexibility and exposure to large-scale payroll operations and process improvement initiatives

Key Details Location:

Westchester, IL (Hybrid - 1-3 days onsite per week based on proximity to office)
