Responsibilities/Requirements Payroll Processing Process bi-weekly payroll and all associated claims accurately and in a timely manner Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation in accordance with district procedures and compliance requirements Assist employees with payroll-related questions and support needs Submit monthly payroll docket for board meetings Maintain EH Service Year records Wage garnishment compliance Produce and submit quarterly 941 Tax Reports & Unemployment Reports Prepare and submit annual
W2 & 1095 ACA
files by the federal deadline Stay current on EH policy as well as federal, state and local labor laws Employee Support & Onboarding Assist with new hire onboarding Obtain, track and maintain employee background checks Track employee licensure and monitor renewal timelines Office & Administrative Support Order and maintain office supplies Coordinate catering and logistical needs for meetings, trainings, district events Assist with school board meeting preparation Coordinate planning and organization of end-of-year service awards breakfast Additional Responsibilities Promote positive school culture Provide exceptional customer service to employees and community members Maintain confidentiality for staff, students and families Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail Preferred knowledge of Boyce Financial software Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience processing payrollSimilar jobs in Charlottesville, IN
